Recovery Recruiting: 6 shifts to watch in 2021

While it is still largely unknown how fast and strong the post-pandemic economic recovery will shake out, one thing is certain: the impacts of 2020’s events are  widely apparent. We wanted to know how these events altered organizations’ talent acquisition strategies across the country, so we went directly to the source. The BountyJobs marketplace data revealed stark changes in talent acquisition behavior alluding to a very different recovery approach then what we have seen in years prior.

We compiled these observations in effort to help keep talent acquisition teams abreast of market movements, as these changes have the potential to rethink their recovery strategy for the year and beyond.
