This strategic relationship with Finalist is the latest in the fast growing BountyJobs partner network, seeing 500% growth in 2018 and resulting in the largest partner network of any recruitment marketplace. This network connects innovative technology providers focused on improving the way companies recruit, attract and retain talent. Finalist is a marketplace that connects companies with the top 1% of candidates vetted by similar companies, while improving the candidate experience and generating revenue to help manage the high-costs of recruiting. They’ve done this by creating a network of companies that refer candidates who made it to the final round of an interview process but did not get hired (aka: silver medalists). Data captured from the original interview process along with new information shared by the candidate after opting-in are used to intelligently match the candidate to relevant open positions at companies within the network. When a candidate is hired, the economics (a one-time fee) is split between Finalist and the original referring company.
