BountyJobs, Inc., leading provider of third-party recruiting platform for collaboration between employers and search firms with over $2 billion in placement fees to recruiters and the world’s largest recruiter marketplace, today announced the limited availability of its new product for Contingent Labor Recruiting Management in response to significant demand from both customers and prospects.

BountyJobs has long supported the complex recruiting strategies of organizations ranging from the SMB segment to the Fortune 500. Companies rely on BountyJobs to manage engagement with third-party firms on strategic recruitments – the platform and its algorithms simplify contract and invoice management, de-mystify recruiter selection and fee negotiation and enable rich analytics that help companies understand vendor performance, total spend and ROI of third-party recruiting. However, this has previously been limited to positions where the hiring organization wanted to employ the worker directly on a permanent basis.

“Companies of all sizes use contingent labor, and we’re already seeing signs that usage will increase as firms seek to mitigate risk in the uncertainty of the current economy” says Stacey Steiger, Chief Product Officer at BountyJobs. “While there are other products and services that support vendor management for contingent labor, ours is unique in that we’ll consolidate all third-party activity – direct-hire AND contingent labor – into a single platform where firms can not only manage existing vendors, but can also engage new vendors from our marketplace without any need for a separate contracting or negotiating process.”

The BountyJobs marketplace is made up of over 10,000, highly-specialized agencies that can support searches in North America, the EU and Australia. All of those Agencies will be able to benefit from the new product.

“A significant portion of our marketplace already supports recruiting for contingent labor roles, but previously they’ve maintained separate processes for BountyJobs clients,” says Jerry Aubin, CEO of Bountyjobs. “With the release of our solution for contingent labor, those agencies that previously supported those roles can now consolidate their activity online. Additionally, our strategic partners will bring Employer of Record, Payrolling and Independent Contractor (IC) compliance services that enable agencies to work on these roles that could not previously. Not only does this create revenue potential for those agencies, it creates a more competitive environment that results in better candidates, faster – everyone wins.”

The product is expected to move from Limited Release to General Availability later this year.
