BountyJobs, Inc. ('BountyJobs') is the operator of the Website. This Policy describes the type of information BountyJobs collects from visitors to the Website, what we do with that information, and how visitors can update and control the use of information provided on the Website. As used in this Policy, "Personally Identifiable Information" or "Personal Information" refers to any information that you provide to us that can be used to identify you or contact you directly. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THIS POLICY, YOU MAY NOT USE THE WEBSITE.

What Personally-Identifiable Information We Collect and How We Use It.

Certain visitors to BountyJobs' website choose to interact with BountyJobs in ways that require BountyJobs and others to know a little bit more about them through personally-identifiable information. The amount and type of information that BountyJobs gathers depends on the nature of the interaction as described below.

In each case, BountyJobs collects and use the personally-identifiable information described below only for the purpose of providing the Website and associated services. BountyJobs does not disclose any such personally-identifiable information other than as described below.

Employers: Those wishing to post jobs on the Website ('Employers'), for example, must supply personal information such as their name, company name, address, industry, company website, company size, company description, personal description, telephone number, fax number, email address, screen name, credit card information (including name, number, expiration date and API number) and financial information as necessary for payment and all other financial transactions with BountyJobs contemplated by the Terms of Use entered into between the Employer and BountyJobs.

Headhunters: BountyJobs may conduct background checks on individuals wishing to apply to BountyJobs to submit resumes of candidates ("Candidates") to Employers on the Website ('Headhunter Applicants'). If you are a Headhunter Applicant, BountyJobs may decide to conduct a background check on you, in which case we may use the information that we collect about you only in connection with the evaluation of your application. In addition, we may ask you to provide to BountyJobs with additional information and reasonable cooperation to complete the evaluation of your application.

Those Headhunter Applicants who are accepted by BountyJobs and become eligible to submit Candidates to Employers on the Website ("Headhunter"), will be required to provide additional information, such as name, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, company website, company description, personal description, screen name, password, credit card information (including name, number, expiration date and API number) and financial information as necessary for payments and all other financial transactions with BountyJobs contemplated by the Terms of Use entered into between the Headhunter and BountyJobs.

Candidates: If you are a Candidate, we may collect your resume and any personally-identifiable information contained therein. If you are hired through the Website, we may also learn your base annual salary, and we may use this information to calculate the fee payable to the applicable Headhunter. Headhunters may share your resume with Employers through the Website.

BountyJobs disclaims any ownership in Candidate resumes entered into the BountyJobs system.

BountyJobs is not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of the Website.

Other Information That We May Collect

Log Data: Like most website operators, BountyJobs collects computer-generated information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request (collectively, 'Log Data'). From time to time, BountyJobs may release this information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in usage of the Website. Finally, we may also use a person's IP address to fight spam, malware and identity theft.

Cookies: A cookie is a string of information that a website or provider of Internet-related services stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website or services provider each time the visitor returns. BountyJobs uses cookies to develop a better understanding of how individual BountyJobs users interact with and use the Website, and for the purposes for which we may use Log Data. It is possible to link cookies to personally-identifiable information. BountyJobs does so, however, only to: (a) verify the identities of users, for example, Employers, and Headhunters, who previously have provided personally identifiable information and whom BountyJobs must identify across multiple visits to the Website; and (b) to store the preferences of repeat users of the Website. If you do not wish to have BountyJobs place cookies on your computer, you should set your browser to refuse cookies before accessing and using the Website, but be aware that certain features of the Website may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

In addition, note that certain third parties that we do business with (for example, advertisers) may use cookies on our Website; however, we have no access to or control over these cookies once we have given permission for them to set cookies for advertising. This Policy covers the use of cookies by BountyJobs only and does not cover the use of cookies by any such third parties.
