The amount and type of information that BountyJobs gathers depends on the nature of the interaction as described below.
In each case, BountyJobs collects and use the personally-identifiable information described below only for the purpose of providing the Website and associated services. BountyJobs does not disclose any such personally-identifiable information other than as described below.
Headhunters: BountyJobs may conduct background checks on individuals wishing to apply to BountyJobs to submit resumes of candidates ("Candidates") to Employers on the Website ('Headhunter Applicants'). If you are a Headhunter Applicant, BountyJobs may decide to conduct a background check on you, in which case we may use the information that we collect about you only in connection with the evaluation of your application. In addition, we may ask you to provide to BountyJobs with additional information and reasonable cooperation to complete the evaluation of your application.

If you are hired through the Website, we may also learn your base annual salary, and we may use this information to calculate the fee payable to the applicable Headhunter. Headhunters may share your resume with Employers through the Website.
BountyJobs disclaims any ownership in Candidate resumes entered into the BountyJobs system.
