Michael Hard -- Chief Executive Officer
Mike has almost two decades of success in the technology industry. As an executive with Microsoft for 17 years, he developed a passion for building innovative technology platforms, then delivering great sales and service to help customers use those platforms to solve business problems. From 2006 through 2008, Mike was vice president of U.S. sales for MSN and a member of the Executive Board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. He ran sales and marketing subsidiaries for Microsoft in Asia, Latin America and New York, winning the Microsoft Builders Award for founding the Financial Services Vertical for Microsoft in 1999. He graduated from Yale University in 1984 and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1991.
Jerry Aubin -- Vice President Marketplace Operations
Jerry is responsible for the day-to-day support and monitoring of the BountyJobs Marketplace, including end user service and back office operations. Jerry has 20 years of information technology experience across a variety of roles for both venture-backed startups and Fortune 500 software companies. Jerry has been part of the BountyJobs team since its founding in 2006 and has played key roles in developing the marketplace platform. Prior to BountyJobs, he was senior product manager at Seilevel, a consulting company focused on large scale projects, where he was the lead product manager for the launch of the eBay Motors Local Market. Jerry has a B.S. in Engineering from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Chris Lathrop -- Vice President Sales
As vice president of sales, Chris leads the sales organization responsible for developing long term business partnerships with employers and effectively filling their most important jobs. Chris joined BountyJobs in the spring of 2007 shortly after the site launched. He has more than 17 years of sales, marketing and management experience at top companies including Tyco Healthcare/Kendall (now Covidien), Medtronic, GE and Harris/Lanier. He managed and led numerous sales forces, including the top performing sales team within Tyco Healthcare, through 2004 before being promoted to run the fastest growing product line at the company, earning him the Marketing Excellence Award in 2006. Chris received his B.S. in marketing/management from Siena College.
