Michael Hard -- Chief Executive Officer
Mike has almost two decades of success in the technology industry. As an executive with Microsoft for 17 years, he developed a passion for building innovative technology platforms, then delivering great sales and service to help customers use those platforms to solve business problems. From 2006 through 2008, Mike was vice president of U.S. sales for MSN and a member of the Executive Board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. He ran sales and marketing subsidiaries for Microsoft in Asia, Latin America and New York, winning the Microsoft Builders Award for founding the Financial Services Vertical for Microsoft in 1999. He graduated from Yale University in 1984 and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1991.
Jerry Aubin -- Chief Operating Officer
In addition to leading the BountyJobs Product and Technology team, Jerry is also responsible for all finance and back office operations at the company. Jerry has 20 years of information technology experience across a variety of roles for both venture-backed start-ups and Fortune 500 software companies. Jerry has been part of the BountyJobs team since its founding in 2006 and has played key roles in developing the marketplace platform. Prior to BountyJobs, he was senior product manager at Seilevel, a consulting company focused on large scale projects, where he was the lead product manager for the launch of the eBay Motors Local Market. Jerry has a B.S. in Engineering from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jason Scheckner -- Senior Vice President Sales
Jason leads global sales for BountyJobs and is responsible for securing and developing enterprise class partnerships with employers throughout the world. Jason has played a key leadership role at BountyJobs team during a period of tremendous sales growth that saw the company reach the Inc 500/5000 list multiple years. He joined BountyJobs in January of 2008 bringing more than 15 years of sales, marketing, and management experience at companies like Vector Marketing and DHL Express. He built top performing sales teams while breaking national records with Vector Marketing and achieving President's Club Honors with DHL. Throughout his career, Jason has recruited, trained, and managed hundreds of sales reps and has spoken nationally on sales strategies and processes, including college lectures. He is also a contributing author of the best-selling book "Cutting Edge Sales". Jason graduated from Franklin & Marshall College where he studied Business Management.
Louie Lafond -- Vice President Client Services
Louie leads our Client Services team and is responsible for on-boarding new customers and ensuring their long-term success on the site. Louie has a diverse background that includes 3 years of orthopedic research at Thomas Jefferson University in association with the Rothman Institute and 6 years as an agency recruiter in the medical device industry with MedSource Recruiters. Louie joined BountyJobs in November of 2007 and launched the BountyJobs account management program 8 months later. Since then, Louie has continued to develop the BountyJobs service approach in his roles as Manager of Employer Account Management and Director of Client Services. Louie graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with honors and majored in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics.
