David Strohm -- Partner, Greylock Partners
Dave joined Greylock in 1980 and opened their West Coast office in 1983. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School. In addition to his work with BountyJobs, Dave is also on the boards of AtHoc, Cuil, CoWare, EMC Corporation, OpenDNS, Progreso Financiero, richrelevance, SuccessFactors, Tabula and VMware. Dave also led Greylock's prior involvement with companies, such as Doubleclick (Nasdaq:DCLK), Forte Software (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Kiva Software (acquired by Netscape), Legato Systems (acquired by EMC), Decru (acquired by Network Appliance), Internet Security Systems (acquired by IBM), Mentor Graphics, Mobile Automation (acquired by iPass), ccMail (acquired by Lotus/IBM), Cygnus (acquired by RedHat), Net Effect Systems (acquired by Ask.com), Octane Software (acquired by Epiphany) and Wily Technology (acquired by CA).
Marc Weiser -- Managing Director, RPM Ventures
Marc is a founder and managing director of RPM Ventures, a seed and early stage IT and physical sciences venture fund with $75M under management. RPM focuses on investing in spinouts from Midwest universities and companies supplying services and solutions to the Midwest industrial base. In addition to BountyJobs, in his RPM capacity Marc sits on the boards of OpenLane, QuantumLearning, RiverGlass, TetraVitae and Xtime. Prior to forming RPM, Marc was an Internet and software entrepreneur. He co-founded QuantumShift, a provider of Web-based business-to-business technology and services focused on corporate telecommunications needs. He was also an early employee at MessageMedia (sold to DoubleClick) where he pioneered some of the original methods for e-commerce and assisted in the launching of the first Internet merchants. Marc also serves on the boards of McKinley (a $2.5B real estate company) and the Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan, where he is an adjunct professor. He graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in aerospace engineering and a M.B.A. with highest honors.
Mark Hohmann -- Chief Executive Officer, Sokono
Mark is co-founder and former chief technology officer of BountyJobs. He brings both marketplace and growth company experience having launched the local marketplace for eBay Motors and co-founding Katmango, a Trinity Ventures funded company. Mark was also general manager of Tonic Systems (acquired by Google). Mark graduated cum laude from Yale University and earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Michael Hard -- Chief Executive Officer, BountyJobs
Mike Hard has almost two decades of success in the technology industry. As an executive with Microsoft for 17 years, he developed a passion for building innovative technology platforms, then delivering great sales and service to help customers use those platforms to solve business problems. From 2006 through 2008, Mike was vice president of U.S. sales for MSN and a member of the Executive Board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. He ran sales and marketing subsidiaries for Microsoft in Asia, Latin America and New York, winning the Microsoft Builders Award for founding the Financial Services Vertical for Microsoft in 1999. He graduated from Yale University in 1984 and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1991.
